Appointments may be scheduled with a physician assistant or nurse practitioner and calls received after 3 p.m. may be scheduled for the next business day. Same-day appointments are available in all West Valley Medical Group clinics which are located in Caldwell, Nampa, Middleton, Parma, New Plymouth and Wilder. West Valley Medical Group is affiliated with West Valley Medical Center.
