The staff and physicians at West Valley Medical Group-Caldwell are excited to welcome Dr. Daniel Allen to the practice.

Dr. Daniel Allen is a board-certified family medicine physician specializing in the care of the entire family.  His special interests include musculoskeletal conditions, preventive care management and health promotion through healthy lifestyle choices.  He enjoys caring for a variety of conditions from newborn through adulthood.

He graduated from the University of Utah with his bachelor’s degree.   Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, he attended Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine where he graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathy degree.  After medical school, Dr. Allen completed his residency program in Caldwell.

Dr. Allen has been away from the area for the past five years and is excited to return to Caldwell and establish his family medicine practice in a location that already feels like home!

 In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, biking, boating and spending time with his wife and children.
